What do all those abbreviations/words mean?
- AC – After Coupon
- AR- After Rebate
- Blinkies – in-store smartsource coupon dispensed near product, usually from red blinking box
- B1G1- Buy one get one free
- Catalina – coupon dispensed at register after purchase, usually has a red border
- DND – Do Not Double (the coupon is not supposed to be doubled)
- Double coupon - coupon that a grocery store doubles in value
- ECB – CVS Extra Care Bucks
- ES – Easy Saver coupons/rebates from Walgreens
- FAR = Free After Rebate
- Freebie – Getting an item for free with coupon or after rebate
- FSOT – For Sale or Trade
- HBA – Health and Beauty Aids (makeup, first aid, etc)
- IP – Internet Printable
- MIR – Mail In Rebate
- NED – No Expiration Date
- OOP – Out of Pocket
- OOS – Out of Stock
- Peelie - coupon that is located on packages that is peeled off
- PP – Purchase Price
- RR – Register Rewards
- Stacking – Using more than one coupon on an item – not all stores allow this
- Tear Pad – A pad of refund forms or coupons found hanging from a store shelf or display
- Triple Coupon – a coupon that a grocery store triples in value
- WYB – When You Buy
